I researched, wrote, and photographed editorial features that spotlighted lesser-known Thai dishes and the cultural heritage they embody. Through interviews with local cooks, and original photography, I documented regional dishes often overlooked in mainstream narratives. This work served to preserve culinary traditions at risk of being forgotten, blending cultural journalism with visual storytelling to make Thailand’s endangered food heritage accessible to a global audience.
